The customer service was second to non. The seller was great and pre purchase support and after oder changes right though to delivery. Product is great quality and exactly what we needed for the base speaker and electrics to allow ventilation and sound in our entertainment system wall

The vent cover is perfect! I will upload a photo when I install it. The custom sizing means I don't have to replace the crown molding or fix the area around the old vent cover. THANK YOU!!!

I believe this is the best purchase I’ve made all year! The quality is amazing and the communication was awesome and the product is perfect! Prior to this I had to put a chair over the vent to prevent people from stepping and bending the vent and falling in. Not any more! This is awesome!

We needed a custom made trapdoor and I wanted it to have a safety grill making this a complex build. From the start Yuriy communication was excellent.
